SHIPPING INFORMATION
$10 shipping on all small and medium carpet rugs and runners.
$15 shipping for rural delivery on all small and medium carpet rugs and runners.
Larger rugs (over 1.8m wide) exceed the maximum dimensions for the courier, therefore need to travel on the Toll Freight trucks. There is an option to collect from your nearest Toll depot ($75) or home delivery is available.
Rural delivery unavailable for large and extra large carpet rugs online, but can be arranged. Please contact us directly for a quote.
All stock Items are dispatched next business day.
Please allow 1-3 business days for courier items and up to 7 working days for larger freight.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 7 days from the day you receive your rug to decide whether or not they work for you. Please note there are no returns available for custom made items. If you wish to start a return please email us on thematlady@gmail.com to obtain instructions.
The Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and return shipping to our Hamilton warehouse.
If you are unsure about the colour of the item you are purchasing please do not hesitate to contact us, pop in and view, or have a sample sent to you.
